Welcome all fellow ESL teachers, new to the profession or experienced.
Teaching English is a very satisfying occupation and if you love
adventure and travel, teaching in Asia is the perfect choice. Many
first time ESL teachers love the job so much that they continue
for many years past there initial plan, and no prior teaching experience
is required to begin your ESL teaching career. All you need is the
desire, an open mind and willingness to learn. It is a wonderful
job and a great way to see and experience new cultures in ways that
ordinary travelers miss.
There is a tremendous demand for professional ESL teachers in all of Asia, especially China, Taiwan and South Korea. With that in mind, we will most likely be able to place every qualified applicant. We will take care of all the negotiations and logistics of finding your first overseas ESL teaching position or your next teaching position.
- We will negotiate with the school for the fairest salary possible in that region.
- We will negotiate a fair contract between you and the school, including terms of service, other benefits and length of contract.
- Arrange for your transportation from your home country to your new ESL teaching job (if applicable)
- Arrange for your housing and living arrangement, i.e.: Apartment usually included in the contract terms and paid for by the school as additional benefits.
- We regularly travel to several schools to meet with the staff and inspect the premises; if possible, we try to pay a visit to some of our teachers already placed to see how they are doing.
