 Li Cheng ESL Recruiting is dedicated to providing the most reliable ESL job hunting service available. We always support our teachers throughout their entire contract. If necessary, we will act as the mediator between the employer and the teacher if there is a dispute that must be resolved. We insist that all terms of the contract are honored equally by both the employer and the employee. When problems are resolved early, both school and instructor will remain with a positive attitude and the students will benefit with the quality English education they deserve. You will not be neglected after you depart for you new teaching position.

Who are we
We are an ESL/ TESOL teacher recruiting company created by four partners; two of them have extensive experience as ESL/ TESOL instructors in the P.R. China, South Korea, Taiwan and the United States. The other two partners are native Chinese citizens. We all meet while in China, working as ESL teachers or as in the case of the two Chinese citizens; English students. |
